Boarding FAQS
Boarding FAQS
We operate our boarding from 8pm - 8am, though dogs who stay with us overnight will integrate with the dogs who stay for daycare at no additional charge
We offer free range sleeping arrangements, so your dog will be comfortably resting in our of our many dog beds or with a human of their choosing. If you prefer for your dog to sleep in a crate we offer that as an option as well
Dogs must be dropped off by 8pm so that they can settle in before we wind everyone down for bed, and so that we have an appropriate amount of staff to give everyone care.
The earliest pickup time is 8am, and reservation prices are based on a 24 hour period.
If you need to bring or collect your dog out of hours, give us as much notice as possible to see if we can accommodate.
Sure! As long as they have are finished with their vaccinations they are more than welcome to join us.
Yes! We do fill up and would hate for your dog to have nowhere to go.
Generally weekends are busier for boarding, but you should give at least a month's notice for all major holidays as well as travel holidays- President's Week, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are our busiest boarding times.
If you have a last minute trip or emergency come up around one of these dates you can still reach out and see if we have space! We will be creating a wait list on a first come first serve basis.
As much as we love all furballs, we cannot provide a peaceful environment for a cat. However, we do provide one hour cat visits where we change litter, refresh water, feed, and love your cat
Our staff have been trained to deal with a number of issues so as long as you explain the condition to us and your vet has given your dog the green light to come, then they are welcome! Let us know if there is any medication and what specific instructions go along with it.
All you need to send is their collar/harness and any food or medication they may need if they have a sensitive stomach. We discourage people from sending toys as some dogs can become protective or territorial, and there is always a chance the toy will be destroyed or lost.
If you are sending food, please pre-package it in individual zip lock bags for daily use. We also ask that you write your dog's name on the bag to ensure there are no mix-ups. For stays of over ten days we do not need to bag each day's food.
Yes! for an additional fee we can provide your dog with our in-house kibble
Unfortunately for the safety of our staff and our pack, it is unlikely that your dog can board as it will fail the temperament check. With successful training some dogs can be resocialized and can learn to safely enjoy a group environment!
