We are located at 178 Christopher Street New York, NY 10014 in Manhattan's West Village
We are open from 8am - 7pm seven days a week, with our hours likely to expand as we grow
We accept a wide variety of payments - you can pay via your pet portal, in person at our credit card terminal, or with cash (Zelle coming soon!)
Pursuant to NYC law, all dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, must be spayed/neutered after 9 months, and must pass our temperament test. All dogs must also arrive with properly fitted collars/harnesses
While we wish we could accept all dogs and respect each dog parents' decision, safety is our top priority. Dogs that remain intact emit different hormones and pheromones that can cause problems in an open play environment
Doggy daycare is a great way for your dog to socialize with other dogs as well as other people. Most dogs come home tired, happy, and fulfilled, which has a positive effect on their mood and makes your life easier!
Safety is our top priority! All of our staff wear a waist harness fixed with a climbing grade carabiner that attaches to the dog's leashes. We check that collars/harnesses are fitted properly, and also use slip collar leashes as a backup system.
Puppies up to nine months are welcome, though they will need to be spayed/neutered after that. Senior dogs are welcomed and encouraged to come and can be matched with a quieter group if need be.
Yes! All daycare services include relief walks. We try to tailor the walks to the dog and activity level but at a minimum half day daycare dogs will go out once, full day daycare twice, and entire day daycare three times.
If a dog lets us know they need to go out of course we will respect their communication as well. Separately, you can book in a walk to get your dog fresh air and a different type of exercise!
Yes, unless specified your dog will go out with other dogs. For an additional charge we can reserve a solo walk, based on availability.
Of course! Our staff will never leave a room of dogs unattended. Not only do they supervise play but they also interact with everyone and encourage play, while simultaneously watching for signs of play escalation and monitoring each dog's behavior and condition.
For full day daycare- yes. It is very important that dogs are given a chance to wind down and not play for eight hours straight, otherwise you end up with a very cranky and overtired baby! Our staff are trained to watch for cues to know when a dog needs to take a minute away so that they can come back and fully enjoy their time with their friends.
We ask that you be considerate of other dog parents and keep your dog home if they are displaying signs of sickness. If they cannot come to daycare we can accommodate in other ways, like providing a walk from your own home.
Yes! Give us the details when you drop them off and we will be happy to assist
